 How Farmers Protects You:

  • We actively monitor accounts for suspicious transactions and will contact you if fraud is suspected.
  • We may proactively issue you a new debit/ATM card if we believe your card may have been compromised.
  • Account Alerts – Customers may sign up for Alerts to receive an email and/or text message when a transaction is made.
  • Freeze your Card – Customers may turn cards on/off, set location boundaries, set limits and more by signing up for CardSecure (personal) and CardValet (business).
  • Enroll in Online and Mobile Banking – Monitor your accounts with our real-time online and mobile banking portals.
  • Remember to change your passwords regularly and never share your personal information.


Lost/Stolen ATM or Debit Card

If your ATM/Debit card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 800-472-3272. In the interim, please use the CardSecure App to turn your card “off” so no unauthorized purchases can be made.
